钻石凯撒酒店式公寓是柬埔寨、金边、钻石岛地区第一个完成建设的公寓。提供酒店管理服务，公寓大多是开放式单间房型，现代简约精装风格，其中包括简单的厨房和齐全的家电。全户精装修，房间空间利用完善，使用效率高，房间舒适安全，是您在钻石岛的第一选择！

Diamond CA&SA Service Apartment is the very first completed building in the prestigious area, Koh Pich (Diamond island) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Koh Pich is the developing area and will become the heart of Phnom Penh. All the units in our serviced apartment are studios, which includes a simple kitchen area in the room. You can cook or warm up the food by yourself if you stay here for several days. Our apartment will make you feel at home.

We have a sky pool at the roof top and all our guests can access to it.

Our apartment also has a gym. We have a list for all gym equipment you can use that are shown in the pictures.







鱼池/Fish Pool






还有鱼儿活跃的鱼池可以观赏，让你每天都心情愉悦！

You can also enjoy the view of the fish pool at the center of our building.

钻石凯撒公寓主要是长期住客，同时也有短租。在房间里有洗衣机和齐全的家电设备，同时也有送洗服务。

凭钻石凯撒房卡就可以到大楼对面（Pastel Cafe）餐厅用健康早餐享受优惠价格。 客人也可以在前台购买早餐券。

房卡还可在  川香缘（中餐厅）， 江南邨（中餐厅） 享受优惠价格。

In addition, Our apartment is mainly for long term residence, and we also do short term rental. We have washing machine in the room and we also have laundry deliver service. Guests can buy breakfast voucher at the reception and go to the Pastel cafe opposite to our building to enjoy your healthy breakfast, and enjoy 10% discount at Pastel Café, Chuan Xiang Yuan and Jiang Nan Cun by showing our room card.






我们的位置和附近/Our location & Neighborhood

在钻石岛的北部有一个夜市区，骑自行车或步行就能到达。

Around this Koh Pich, there is a night market in the northern area and you can reach there on foot or by bicycle.



日本超市（AEON）离我们公寓仅3分钟路程而已（嘟嘟车/出租车），您可以以公平的价格买到任何东西了。

The department store AEON mall is only 3 mins away for Tuk tuk/ taxi and you can get anything you want in the supermarket there with fair price.



Naga （ 金界赌场）离我们公寓不到5分钟。离河边小街是在10分钟之内的。

Naga casino is about 3~5 mins and to the riverside pub street is within 10 mins.



您可以沿着河边骑自行车或者在这个地区走走，感受金边人的本土生活。

You can also ride the bike along the river side or walk around this area to know how it feels like to live in Phnom Penh like a local people.



独立纪念碑是柬埔寨的最佳旅游景点之一，也在我们公寓的附近。

Independent monument, one of the best tourist attraction in Cambodia, is located near CA&SA Apartment.
