Report to: Production Planning Manager
Work Location: Samrong Toung District kampong spue, Cambodia
Job Description:
[*]Oversee designated production lines and to ensure that the quality and standards of construction are achieved and maintained to a high level, in accordance with defined standards, following the Pre-Production Trial and approved Confirmation Samples
[*]To participate with the Pre-Production Trial meetings as designated and take ownership following the handover of the order into production until completion and take responsibility for the quality and integrity of the manufacturing process.
[*]To audit factory processes against set parameters to ensure that the factory is fit for purpose, performing within the expectations of the company and that all related testing, process control and quality assurance measures are in place, active, effective and measurable.
[*]Make the inspection reports with good English comments
[*]Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
[*]At least 5 years’ working experience in in quality assurance of handbag
[*]Can read / write basic English and issue inspection report in English
[*]Understand the products quality standard (International or Industrial) and production specification, understand inspection process and production procedure such as AQL, SPEC’s and such.
[*]Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally
[*]Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;
[*]Consistently work under given pressures.
