工作描述
+ Job Responsibilities:
•To plan, design, develop, and maintain Circuit-Switched Core network
•To plan, design, develop, and maintain International SCCP signaling network
•To plan, design, develop, and maintain VoIP/SIP network
•To identify and make recommendations to ensure the availability of the CS network through design, modification, and communication with vendors and implementer
•To work closely with other departments (Network Planning and Rollout, Quality Assurance, Billing, IB, BI, RA, RAN Core, Field Operations, BO, etc.) in providing end‐to‐end CS Services to the all mobile subscribers
•To guide & drive initiatives on ensuring Availability and Security of CS Networks
•To identify issues within the CS Networks both proactively and re-actively
•To manage and optimize the Quality of Service (QoS) of Packet Core and Datacom networks
•To handle and resolve customer complaints timely
•To work closely within and cross-functional teams in terms of reporting and troubleshooting.

+ Job Requirements:
•Possess thorough understanding of signaling protocols such as SIP, SIGTRAN, SS7, CAP, MAP, BSSAP, RANAP, etc.
•Possess good understanding of IP and computer networking
•Possess good understanding of VAS services
•Dynamic, analytical, team-spirit, customer-oriented, etc.
•Able to work under press
•To perform other tasks as required by superiors
•Possess good English Competency
•3+ years experience in Telecommunications or related areas.
