- Serve customers in banking transactions such as deposit, withdrawal, western, remittance, currency exchange)
- Assist supervisors in providing satisfactory backing services and operations support to all external and internal customers.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
职位要求
- University graduates in banking, finance, accounting or business administration.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Good communication skills including English proficiency. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality and ability to handle complaints
- Possess PC skills preferably in MS Office.
