R&F Properties -- Channel Manager $3000+
Job responsibilities:
1. Maintain excellent relationship with agents and find new agents
2. Manage and train Channel Team. Assist and train agents.
3. Research on Cambodian properties and improve strategies.
4. Make marketing promotion plans, etc.
Job qualifications:
1. 5 years of sales & management background, ideally within the property industry
2. Connections with property agents great. Positive and international-minded.
3. Be presentable in at least two languages out of English, Cambodian and Mandarin.
4. Have good IT skills inclusive of excel & PPT.
PS: Channel supervisor and executive positions are available for applicants with less experience
Salary: Basic + Commission. Quite competitive!
