Payment for the January pay monthly rent of 1200, the lease expires in October next year, can be renewed, charge a deposit in February.

How about the leasea and the method of payment? As I know , the zone around Golden Sorya Mall is very famouse especailly during the evening time. Area that never sleeps in this area, one of the famouse night club area and Red Light District.
