工作描述
- Manage the day-to- day relationships with clients by phone and in writing
- Ensure the implementation of the contract
- Follow-up all documents related to the policy
- Prepare and attend client meetings
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service experience to all clients
- Handle, escalate and resolve client complaints
- Build and maintain professional communication with the client, insurer and internal management
- Prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines
- File correspondence and other documents
职位要求
- Excellent Chinese and English in both written and spoken skills
- Bachelor Degree
- Computer Literate, Word, Excel
- At least 02 years experience either in the role of client service or business development is a plus.
