工作描述

- Manage the day-to- day relationships with clients by phone and in writing - Ensure the implementation of the contract - Follow-up all documents related to the policy - Prepare and attend client meetings - Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries - Provide excellent customer service experience to all clients - Handle, escalate and resolve client complaints - Build and maintain professional communication with the client, insurer and internal management - Prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines - File correspondence and other documents

职位要求
