1. 證件不是問題。工廠這邊會進行中英文面試，夠不夠資格一試就知道，根本不用核對原件。話又說回來，哪怕真實學歷不夠，實際水平足夠，工廠也會破格錄用；否則，即便是學歷足夠，能力不足，也是不會錄用的。

2. 我們工廠是台灣上市公司在柬埔寨的分公司，一切都要按照總公司的規定來。

basic salary $550.00 + OT allowance$50.00(at most $80.00) + bonus around $60.00(maybe no payment)+ communication $20.00 = $710.00 per month;  at most may own $800.00 per month;
but do not clear the OT time of a day (how long).
How can accept with an experienced person in Cambodia?

normally pay OT charge $1.00~$3.00 per hour, one hour $2.65 as labor law.
bonus may pay 10% of basic salary.

之前我是做行政的，请勿多怪，心血来潮，瞎分析了一下。

how about a guy who is chinese but can speak khmer,and had working in cambodia many year?how much can he get per month in pp?
