工作范围：
1.全面主持公司的日常行政工作，传达满足客户和法律、法规要求的重要性。
2.组织制订质量及职业安全健康方针、目标、发展规划，并批准颁布。
3.设置组织机构并规定各部门的职责、权限，确保本公司内各部门职责权限及相关关系得到充分发挥和协调沟通。
4.领导督促检查分管职能部门管理职能的实施；
5.负责商务、调度、安全质量的计划、组织协调、控制等全面管理工作。
6.负责组织调查、处理生产作业过程中的重大事故。
7.指挥协调码头建设，人员招骋。




要求
两年以上码头工作经验，
语言英语柬语，或中柬语，或中英语。
了解码头设备，型号，使用和维护管理方法。
制定每周工作计划。
工作计划跟进。
