1、负责区域销售计划的制定与执行;
   Responsible for area formula and implement sell actionplan.
2、收集信息、评估客户资信及对公司的重要程度。
   Collecting information, evaluate the necessary levelof customers’ credit to the company.
4、根据公司业务发展战略及销售部门的经营目标,配合市场部门组织实施本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案,促进公司及产品品牌的提升;
   According to company’s business development and business objectives of salesdepartment, cooperating with Marketing Department to implement local area’s development projects and implement specific project. To boost up the company and promote productbrand.
5、了解大客户需求动态,挖掘潜在大客户,并对大客户开发情况进行跟踪;以实现公司市场占有率不断增长的目的;
       Understanding about customers’ demandsdynamic, Find out customers’ potential and followingcases. To reach the goads of increasing market share.
6、根据公司业务发展需要,通过组织安排所辖区域各客户群客户到公司考察、参观交流等方式建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道;
   According to the business development requirements,customers visiting the company which is arranged by organization to build uprelationship with the customers smoothly.
7、负责拜访本区域的重要客户,监督、检查销售员对客户的定期访问情况,随时了解客户要求;及时处理客户异议和投诉,以提高客户满意度,建立长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系;
      Responsible for visiting the local importantcustomers, managing and checking customers visiting by sale employees regularly.Find out customers’ demands all the time. Timely solve customers’ disagreementand complain. To increase the Customer satisfaction, to build up a long-term, good and stablerelationship with the customers.
8、依据公司的售后服务规定及产品特点,通过与客户服务、技术等相关部门沟通,协助组织、协调所辖区域的到货、产品安装、技术支持、售后维修等工作,共同实现售后服务目标;
   According to product feature and after-sales servicerule which approved by the company, by customers service, technical andcommunity with related departments, assist organization, coordinate and followgoods receiving, product installation, technical supporting, checking afterinstalled in your control area, to reach Good service goal.
9、根据公司业务发展需要及区域市场特点,收集本区域的产品市场行情变化及重点竞争对手的销售策略、市场策略等信息,并对市场信息进行分析、预测并制定对策,及时向相关部门提供建议;
   According tobusiness development requirements and area feature, collecting local’s productmarketing change and Competitors' sell strategies, marketing strategies information,estimate and analyzemarket information and making countermeasure. Timely provide suggestionto related departments.
10、对客户档案、交易记录等进行综合分析;保证销售信息的及时性、准确性和完整性,为销售、采购、生产等决策的制定提供支持;
Acomprehensive analysis of customers’ profile, trading record etc. ensuretimely, correctly and completely of sales information, supporting to make thedecision of sell, purchasing, production etc.


要求:
1、熟悉市场销售运作流程,有着丰富的大客户销售实操经验。
  Acquaint with the operation of the marketprocess, having much experience of sell.
2、具备一定的文字功底,能够草拟谈判方案,准确、恰当地整理、记录谈判纪要。
  Good in writing skill, be able to write negotiation plan draft, be ableto take note minutes from negotiation meetingcorrectly and sort it out properly.
3、语言表达及沟通协调能力较强,能够独立进行客户谈判。
      Havestrong ability of oral expression and communication. Be able to negotiate with the customersindependently.
