Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Assist to Operation and maintenance VP to prepare and      execute operation      and maintenance plan, and achieve the company target
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies      in support of company mission,
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of      company service, through improvements of each function as well as      coordination and communication between supporting departments,
  • Develop weekly and monthly network and service      operation performance and quality reports with statistics information and      data, as well as analysis and improvement plan
  • Oversee the operations of various assigned projects to      ensure the critical environment operations, maintenance, and client      management standards of the contract are met in a cost effective, safe and      efficient manner
  • Maintain open communication with the client including provisioning,      installation, trouble shooting, and problems and/or conflicts resolutions,      provide regular reports and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership to staff in the department,      including setting KPI, training, performance review, employee hiring,      recognition, discipline, etc.,
  • And other tasks assigned by leader.

Job-requirement
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant fields
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience with ISP or Telecom      operators
  • Key experience highlights include: demonstrated      ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly      complex technical solutions; experience standardizing complex and      disparate processes; methodologies related to implementation such as      system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process      improvement methodology, change management, problem management,      operational improvement in complex systems.
  • Must have proven ability to interact at and communicate      to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and      communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are      critical for success in this position.
  • Good Analytical, problem solving, and decision making      skills,
  • Be patience, honest, trustworthy, and self-discipline.
