职位名称：【物业开发经理/专员】（市场岗位Merketing）
Position: Property Development Manager/Specialist
招聘人数Number: 3
一、工作时间Working time：
全职工作，工作时间周一至周五，周末休息
Full time job; work for 5 days in one week; weekend off work.
二、岗位职责Job description：
1、负责柬埔寨客栈和酒店物业的开发工作；
   Take charge of property development in Thailand;
2、根据数据模型进行城市区域和物业匹配度的判断；
   Make property matching judgment based on data models
3、找到合适物业后制定推进方案与业主进行沟通谈判；
  Work and advance the property plan and negotiate with the owner side.
4、作为桥梁协调解决公司，房东经营者以及相关部门在推进签约过
程中的各种问题
Coordinate any problems occurred between the owner side and relative bureaus before signing the agreement.
三、职位要求Job requirements：
1.        柬埔寨，中文流利或英语；中国人熟练当地语言也可以;
Local people ; Master Chinese or English;
Or Chinese with mastering of local language
2.        有行业经验（房地产行业、旅游行业、酒店行业、销售等）和物业资源者优先；
Consider the employee with real estate, tourism, hotel development or S&M experience first.
3.        熟悉柬埔寨旅游目的地市场及酒店行业。
Be familiar with Cambodia tourism and hotel Market
4.        对数据敏感，对数据有判断力；
Have a good sense of data judgment
5.        出色的团队合作精神、沟通和谈判能力强
Have excellent teamwork spirit and the abilities of communication and negotiation.
6.        要有很强的执行力，抗压能力强
Good executive force and a high compressive resistance
7.        优秀应届毕业生，且热爱酒店行业也可报名。

四、职位月薪Salary：
3000-8000人民币+丰厚的提成奖励
3000RMB-8000RMB +High commission on sales
