1. know very well for Tax law in Cambodia;
2.know very well operation in Tax Department of Cambodia;
3. Minimum 5 year's financial management, preferably within the engineering industry,
4. High responsibility;
5.Strong communications skills, Fluent in Chinese is preferable;
