工作描述

- Working with assigned Customer Support Request; - Provide technical support for Microwave system and solution - Perform problems isolation and product faults identification - Provide on-site support and troubleshooting - Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff - Handle various levels (high, detail & low) of documentations and Knowledge Based Article - Provide Emergency Support for Microwave system. - Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation

职位要求

- Telecom/IT background, - Good Knowledge in Microwave system product - Knowledge and experience in related product prefered - Interested in new technology and good study ability - Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing; - Team spirits, good communication skills, dedicated and committed to task assigned; - Able to work under stress;
