工作描述
* Ensure claims payments are in accordance with the claims management guidelines of the company
* Ensure the productivity standards are achieved
* Conduct quality checks on cases processed by the staff
* Conduct workshops and training to the staff to improve and enhance their knowledge and skills in claims processing
* Ensure effective communication with agencies and customers

职位要求
o        2 years related experience as a claim insurance officer
o        Background of study : Admin / Finance
o        Strong communication skill, solving problem, and mature enough for this post
o        Report to operation manager
o        Sometimes working as assistant healthcare insurance international
o        Male is encouraged to apply
o        Good in English, France is plus
