Tile: Sales Manager/Consultant-- R&F Properties Cambodia

Job responsibilities:
•        Selling R&F properties in Cambodia.
•        Assisting customers around the marketing suite, taking enquiries and encouraging sales.
•        Assisting with events and launches
•        Working closely as a team to ensure targets at hit
•        Researching the market to provide clients with up to date knowledge and information on the development.
•        Providing exceptional customer service at all times
•        Offering ideas for the marketing of the development

Job qualifications:
•        Have a strong sales background, ideally within the property industry
•        Connections with property companies or potential clients are great.
•        Used to working to sales targets. A fast learner.
•        Be driven, hardworking and keen to work for an international developer
•        Be presentable and articulate in at least two languages out of English, Cambodian and Mandarin.
•        Have good IT skills inclusive of excel & PPT.

Salary: Basic + Commission. Quite competitive!
